Glenton Jelbert was born in the United Kingdom and grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa. He lives with his wife and three children in Southern California. He has a couple of undergraduate degrees summa cum laude in mathematics and a PhD in physics from the University of Cambridge. He has lived, worked and attended church all over the world including Zimbabwe, South Africa, Tanzania, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and California. Most recently he was the Vice President of Engineering at a technology company in Southern California. He was a Christian for more than three decades, changing his mind when he examined the evidence that supported his reasons for belief and found it wanting.
He currently switches between unrelated project work and writing. The writing projects include the occasional blog post, his first book (Evidence Considered), the Cross-Referenced Bible, and other writing projects including a fiction and The Resurrection Considered.
